Desi toor dal from our Central India Food forests. This dal is processed in home dal mill to remove the skin entirely and get even grains. 

Extremely delicious with taste of old times and lends itself to making many more dishes.

The taste is very different from our hand made toor with skin, and it is less fibrous.
