Lemon pickle is very healthy food item. When the pickle is processed and  regulated by sun, all health benefits of pickle reaches the body. It takes minimum 10 days for preparation of pickle but the effort is worth it. In this variant, Honey drops are added to make it sweet and sour.

Remains fresh for upto 12 weeks. We do not add any Oil or Preservatives or any Acidity regulators.
