Savor the real honeys from us. Limited in supply, these come from our food forests, all our honeys have the following characteristics:

No boxed bees. We only have natural hives and native bees.
No GM flowers or trees. Our ecology is strictly based on native plants and trees.
No chemicals or preservatives, or blending at high temperatures.
This exotic honey has that special pungent tinge that characterizes Mustard or Til. It is also buttery, if we get severe winter in a particular year.

The honey is extracted in a natural way (taste could vary from batch to batch) and is translucent – one can clearly see the suspended pollen which is a sign of purity (the pollen in honey helps in building immunity). All our honeys crystallize in winters, like natural honey does
