Garlic

Botanical name: Allium sativum

Garlic is a herbaceous, annual, bulbous plant in the family Amaryllidaceae grown for its pungent, edible bulb of the same name. The garlic plant can either have a short, woody central stem (hardneck) or a softer pseudostem made up of overlapping leaf sheaths (softneck). The plant can reach 60 cm (23.6 in) in height and is an annual, survive only in one growing season.

     1. Blood Purifier

Take two cloves of raw garlic with some warm water every day, early in the morning and consume a lot of water the entire day. If you’re looking to shed some kilos, squeeze the juice of half a lemon in a glass of warm water and have it with 2 cloves of garlic in the mornings.
